Saturday Sunday and Monday deliveries are not available.
Deliveries can be made only to the continental United States.
This product must be delivered using Next Day Shipping Service.
All orders must be received before 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time for same day shipping. Orders received after this time will be scheduled for the next available shipping day.
Changes to address information after the order has been placed will result in a $10.00 charge.*
We are unable to accept orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APO's.
FedEx® or UPS® will leave the package if no one is home.
Hospital deliveries: please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery. (Note: Gifts to recipients in hospitals may take an additional 3-4 days for the hospital to process and deliver. For this reason we do NOT recommend Grower Direct Items for hospital deliveries.)

You are ordering a perishable product. Federal Express gift deliveries will be delivered to the address specified. In the event the recipient is unavailable, FedEx® will leave the package in a safe place. Fedex is not responsible for delivery to the individual recipient only to the address!
Incorrect shipping information may result in the product not being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any reshipped or redelivered products due to incorrect address information is the sender’s responsibility. Therefore, please double check all address information carefully, especially zip code information.
Federal Express will leave the package if no one is available to sign for it. The product is packaged to stay fresh and cool for 24-48 hours from time of shipping. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the recipient will be at the delivery location within this time frame.
All shipments are subject to the rules and covenants of the couriers utilized. If you are sending something to a business, including hotels, please be aware that Fed Ex will deliver the product to a shipping or receiving department. It is a good idea to let your recipient or someone at the business know that they should be expecting a perishable package. FlowersAllOver.com is not responsible if the business is closed and Federal Express is unable to deliver the order on the requested day.
