FlowersAllOver.com Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or gift item is
delivered on a timely basis. You can minimize the probability of product
substitutions by ordering 2 or 3 days ahead of your anticipated delivery date.
We make every effort to ensure that the recipient will receive an item as
similar as possible to the one you ordered.
- In arrangements of assorted
flowers, the color combinations will be maintained if at all possible,
even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater
value. We NEVER substitute flowers of LOWER value. Basically, if a flower
type is substituted it is usually with another variety in the same color
of equal or greater value. Flower substitution is a result of availability
caused by regional & seasonal availability.
- For single variety or
monochromatic flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we
will make every attempt to match the flower variety first, but may have to
substitute with another similar color.
- If the floral container shown
online is unavailable, a container with a similar look and again, of equal
or greater value will be used.
Plants
- For green and blooming
plants, a plant similar in appearance and care requirements and of equal
or greater value may be substituted in order to insure a timely delivery.
- For one-of-a-kind plants,
such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but
may substitute with another color.
- If the plant container shown
online is not available, a similar container will be used.
Specialty Gift Baskets
- Although rare in occurrence specialty
gifts may be substituted with another specialty gift of equal or greater
value and of similar theme and category.
