Can you deliver my order
today?
Your order must be received by us no later than 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone (except Hawaii) Monday thru Friday for same day delivery. All orders received after 2:00 p.m. will be delivered the following business day regardless on the date selected. Click here for our complete Delivery Policies.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Are there any service charges or tax?
There are no additional charges for delivery added to your order. Each florist delivered internet order will be charged a service fee of $13.99. Direct shipped fees vary by item and shipping time. Massachusetts State Sales tax of 5% will be applied to each order.
What about substitutions?
Not all flowers are available year-round. Some flowers are seasonal or only available regionally. Where they are not available, the closest substitute will be used. Some plants are only available during certain seasons or in certain regions. In such case, we will substitute the closest type of plant at an equal or higher value. Some containers may not be readily available, especially during holidays; in such cases a similar container will be used. Please click here to view our complete Substitution Policy.
What about orders going outside of the U.S.?
For delivery outside of the US, please place your order at least 24 hours before your requested delivery date. There are special conditions and pricing that applies to international orders. You may place an international order online by clicking here.
How do I cancel my order?
Due to the same day delivery service we offer, we require that to cancel an order, you BOTH call us at (800)765-7439 AND email us at orders@flowersallover.com. Have your 'Net Ticket or order number available for us to facilitate your request quickly. If your order is already processed in our system, there will be a $10.00 cancellation fee.
