| Harvesting
Our “Grower Direct” roses are provided with additional carbon dioxide, increasing growth rates. By increasing the growth rate, roses are available to cut twice a day, 365 days of the year, ensuring there is a constant supply of the freshest possible product. From the point of cutting, it is only 24 more hours until they are at the recipient's door. When you purchase your roses direct from the grower, you are getting roses that will open beautifully and last longer.
Once cut, the roses are then sent to the grading area where they are sorted by length and size. They are then inspected to ensure only the highest quality flowers are shipped to our customers.
After the flowers are graded they are separated into individual bouquets. The bouquets are carefully hand selected to fulfill all incoming orders received for that day. This "just in time" inventory system, ensures that all orders are prepared with only the freshest flowers.
